Management Structure

CTES-SETC Training uses a pyramidal management structure (see below) and centralized operational processes in all of its operations. This means that all client communications go through the instructional services manager. Tasks and deliverables are then distributed amongst staff based on staff skills and capabilities. What this means for you is that you get timely and high quality service at all times. Further, you always talk to a member of the management team when you call CTES-SETC training. Because customer service is our top priority.

Quality Assurance

CTES-SETC training implements a wide range of quality control activities in its course development and delivery processes. These include regular content reviews and courseware updates as well an ongoing instructor evaluations. For every course, we administer mid-course evaluations and final course evaluations. The results of these evaluations are reviewed by the instructional services manager and corretive action is taken for even the smallest of issues. We take your training experience very seriously. In the rare cases where a complaint is received, the following process is initiated to correct the problem and to prevent its re-occurence in the future.
